SIFE is about being an entrepreneur to benefit the community. The mission of SIFE is to provide tertiary students with an opportunity to make a difference in their communities and to develop leadership, teamwork and communication skills. Through creating educational outreach projects, we are making a difference in our local communities and helping to change the world one project at a time. The purpose of SIP is to prepare the students who are interested to take on a leadership position and to understand SIFE values.

SIP is a 1 day workshop that will use a combination of case studies to illustrate principles from, The Art of War, (which was written in the sixth century BC by a Chinese military genius – Sun Tzu. ) and group discussions to stimulate your learning to adapt to different situations and personalities. SIP will focus on 4 principles, Fostering Leadership Values (Semco), Balancing Rewards and Punishments (General Electric), The Importance of Foreknowledge (Nine Dragons) and The Importance of Philosophy (Virgin).
