SIFE Induction Program

The SIFE Induction Program (fondly known as SIP) will introduce you to SIFE Macquarie and what we do. It will help you build
the skills and confidence needed to start and run your own SIFE project as well as work on existing projects.
The program will start in week 3 and run over six weeks. The first five parts of the program consist of short activities which will be completed by email. In the mid-semester break, SIFE will run a workshop which will allow members to put the skills they have gained from the previous weeks into practice. |

The program will cover the following topics: Part 1 – Sustainability Part 2 – Entrepreneurship, Market Economics Part 3 - Ethics Part 4 – Financial Literacy Part 5 – Success skills |

Workshop • Members will work individually and in teams to put the skills they have gained over the previous weeks into practice. • Certificates for participation will also be awarded at the workshop. Certificates • You will receive a score out of ten for participation in each part. The points will be awarded based on the effort and innovativeness you put into your answers. • Certificates will be awarded based on full participation in the program with higher level certificates awarded to those with high points.
